Great stay! The room was super clean and had a fantastic shower. Staff was really helpful, even with local tips. I loved the rooftop bar with amazing views of the old city. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Would definitely return! 👍

Great location close to the city center.

The parking situation was quite disappointing. Despite the hotel advertising parking, we found it completely full upon arrival. We had to park in a nearby public lot, which was both expensive and difficult to maneuver into, adding unnecessary stress to our stay.

The room lacked tissues and shower caps, which would have been a nice touch for convenience.

This delightful find left me pleasantly surprised! The spacious room felt newly remodeled, with an excellent Wi-Fi connection. Located right at the foot of the old city, I could easily stroll to all major sights. Enjoyed drinks at the charming rooftop terrace bar with a stunning view of the historic skyline.

the room was so tiny, it made my closet at home look spacious. also, the bathroom was practically a circus act to navigate. even worse, I kindly requested a proper upgrade but apparently, they don’t do that for special guests. might as well have thrown me in a broom closet. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

The rooftop bar staff were exceptional, crafting unique drinks while sharing local stories, adding a personal touch to our evenings. A minor bathroom design flaw caused some water spillage, but it didn’t overshadow our pleasant stay.

My stay at Mondego was quite enjoyable. The bed was super comfortable with fluffy pillows, and I appreciated the generous shower products provided. The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, assisting me with luggage storage after check-out. The rooftop view was stunning, and breakfast options included fresh orange juice and Nespresso coffee, making for a satisfying start to my day.

The location next to Coimbra Station made it easy to explore the area, just a few minutes' walk to major sights. Rooms were modern and clean, with natural light flooding in through the windows. The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the old city, a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast included a variety of options and was well-prepared. On the downside, the bathroom design let water spill out easily during showers, and the towels provided were quite small and thin. Additionally, the air conditioning didn't function as well as expected, leaving the room warmer than I'd hoped. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Clean room, friendly staff, great amenities, especially the excellent free wi-fi and convenient luggage storage which made our one-night stay incredibly smooth as we explored the local area easily on foot.

Just a solid selection for a weekend respite in Coimbra with reasonable value. The shower had excellent water pressure, making it refreshing after a day out. Bring extra hangers if you need more space for clothes.
